This is what I came away with from meeting with a person who I had heard a lot about but never met. Finley is in a business that, the way she runs it, is many businesses: senior living, construction, healthcare, finance, sales and, to an extent, Judaism. Add in spices of friendship with sprinklings of side benefits such as loyalty, meaning and the future.
Sounds like a mouthful.
But if senior living is about real people and not just business, it’s the only way.
