The furnished model home at ParkSide, designed in a “warm modern” style, is open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.

RidgeGate is one of the most conveniently located communities in the south metro area, with direct access to I-25.

A light rail station is scheduled for construction in the next few years.

Home to Sky Ridge Medical Center, the new Lone Tree Performing Arts Center, the Lone Tree Recreational Center and the shops of Lincoln Commons, RidgeGate’s town center offers urban amenities surrounded by thousands of acres of open space and miles of walking trails.

“Three different home plans are offered at ParkSide, including two, two-story homes and a main floor master, and all offer open floor plans, dramatic kitchens, expanses of glass, and great outdoor living spaces,” said John Keith, president of Harvard Communities.

“These homes are among the most energy efficient new homes anywhere, and will come with three kilowatts of solar electricity as a standard feature, which will save homeowners a lot of money on their utility bills from day one.”
