even-tempered, Avi Mehler, 34, is dedicated to community organizations and vice-president of land for K. P. Kaufman Co., an oil and gas company. He is a Denver native. What is your job? I oversee leasing and acquisitions of property, trades, joint ventures, surface agreements, access agrements, royalty payments after a well have been drilled, land negotiations, titles.
