Jimmy Miller, president and CEO of Miller Global Properties, never entertained a career in real estate. He really wanted to be an actor and a singer.
“I did a lot of singing and acting at Thomas Jefferson and in college,” Miller says. “I loved it.”
During his senior year at Yale, Miller sang in the university’s renowned and selective acapella group the Wiffenpoofs.
His Yale degree — a BS in economics, political science and theater studies — reflects both personal desire and traces of familial expectation.
Miller is the son of Micky Miller, who practiced law for 15 years before going into real estate in 1969.
