Your view on Bernie Sanders

With the Iowa caucus on Monday, finally, finally, this presidential election will really hit the ground. Of course we’ll continue hearing about poll numbers until November 8, but after Monday we’ll have something solid, too: Which Democratic and Republican candidate the state of Iowa will support at the national conventions later this year.

In this week’s paper, we have a great round-up on all the top candidates and what their candidacy means for the Jews — available online too.

We also decided it was time to run a poll on another outsider candidate who’s been stirring up the establishment next: Bernie Sanders. With both Sanders and Trump, many, ourselves included, underestimated their potential to disrupt this race and even become leaders. Last month, IJN.com users voted and 35.5% of you said you would vote for Trump. What do the numbers look like when it comes to the “Bern?”

Cast your vote on the poll we’ve set up at ijn2.wpengine.com and tell us if and why you would — or wouldn’t — vote for Sanders.
