Michael Sunshine, a teacher at Alexander Muss High School in Israel was on a hiking trip with students from Los Angeles Tuesday evening, when missiles from Gaza began hitting the region. His wife Ariella, who made aliyah with Sunshine and their four children to Ra’anana over two years ago, is home alone with the kids.
