VIP New Faces: Rabbi Yaakov Zions

Yaakov Zions, 33, rabbinical coordinator for Scroll K, the kashrut body based in Denver, is originally from Lakewood, NJ. How did you come to Colorado? I moved to Denver in November, 2014 to join the Denver Community Kollel. The Kollel is active in many aspects of Jewish life along the Front Range and actively encourages its members to explore the various options available to further spreading Torah knowledge. Although I am no longer officially employed by the Kollel, I consider myself fortunate to be connected to its scholars and programs. What’s your education?
