VIP New Faces: Rabbi Samuel Spector

Spector, 30, is the senior rabbi of Congregation Kol Ami in Salt Lake, Utah. Born in 1988 in Seattle, Wash., he  majored in Judaic studies and minored in behavioral psychology at UC-San Diego, where he was active in Alpha Epsilon Pi. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude.  Rabbi Spector earned an MA in Hebrew letters and was ordained at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles.
