VIP New Faces: Elias Sacks

. Elias Sacks, 35, is the director of graduate studies at CU’s Program in Jewish Studies and assistant professor of religious and Jewish studies. His academic focus spans Jewish thought, Moses Mendelssohn, Jewish-Christian relations, the philosophy of religion and related subjects. Born in New York City, the Harvard graduate joined the CU faculty in 2012. Sacks and his wife Cantor Elizabeth Sacks have a son, Charlie. An erudite scholar and a researcher, Sacks is inclined to answer questions with his own insightful queries. What is your goal?
