VIP New Faces: Adam Rovner

Adam Rovner, associate professor of English and Jewish literature at the University of Denver, is the author of In the Shadow of Zion: Promised Lands Before Israel (NYU Press, 2014).  He has also done a short documentary film, “No Land Without Heaven: Isaac Nachman Steinberg and the Freeland League.” Both projects, and other articles he has written, reflect his interest in Territorialism, the ideological movement that sought homelands for persecuted Jews in the early 20th century.
