Violence: Whither US?

black men killed by police officers under questionable circumstances, cops murdered in cold blood by a gunman apparently bent on race-inspired revenge. Just another bloody week in America? This time, the public reaction suggests otherwise. While mass shootings, cop killings and the death of black men at the hands of police officers have become much more frequent occurrences in recent years, the public response to last week’s events in Baton Rouge, St. Paul and Dallas indicate that some sort of critical mass may have been reached.
