Vera Cameron

Vera Cameron, an educator for 36 years, passed away May 11, 2014, in Denver. She was 63. A celebration of life service took place following the burial at Ft. Logan. Agape Funeral Services made the arrangements.

Mrs. Cameron was born Aug. 8, 1950, in Denver. She attended Wheat Ridge High School and received her teaching degree from UNC.

She taught at Vanderhoof Elementary School in Jefferson County for 36 years.

Vera Harrison married Donald Cameron on Dec. 18, 1971.

She was a longtime volunteer at Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, where she helped numerous individuals.

Mrs. Cameron is survived by her husband Donald Cameron; son Nathan (Shannon) Cameron; and grandchildren Rylie and Brendan.
