With December winding to a close, it’s a natural time to reflect on events of the past year and “Top 10” lists are popping up across the Internet. 2012 was a big year for the Jewish community, from highs like Aly Raisman’s incredible gold medal win at the London Olympics, to extremely stressful moments, such as Israel’s recent war in Gaza.
