Thelma Lederman Ray, a Denver native, passed away Dec. 8, 2009, in Mesa, Ariz. Rabbi Yaakov Meyer officiated at the Dec. 11 service held at Feldman Chapel.
Interment followed at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mrs. Ray was born May 23, 1922, in Denver. She graduated from North High.
She married Walter Victor Ray in 1940. Mr. Ray passed away 10 years ago.
An entrepreneur, Mrs. Ray was a real estate agent, owned a Bed and Breakfast in Deadwood, SD, and sold jewelry and clothing.
Mrs. Ray is survived by her sons H. Leslie Ray of Westminster and Shelley Shmuel (Shira) Ray of Baltimore and daughter Phyllis Perl of Mesa, Ariz.; grandchildren Amy Ray Trifonov of Englewood and Jonah (Malka Chava) Perl of Beit Shemesh, Israel.
