TIME, EINSTEIN tells us, is a revolutionized concept, a necessary fourth dimension, in addition to length, width and depth. Time is part of the “space-time” continuum. Einstein once got off a train and looked at a public clock to see what time it is. Suddenly, he had a revelation. He realized that he did not see what time it is. He saw what time it was.
