The Indich personal touch at Shalom Park

Park once had the largest kosher kitchen in Colorado. Today, the nursing home’s kosher kitchen is much smaller but the commitment to serving nutritious and tasty kosher meals to those who want them continues in place. Residents at Shalom Park — as well those at Shalom Park’s neighbor V-Esprit independent retirement living community and in the JCC’s senior lunch program — dine on such dishes as coq au vin, chicken marsala, chicken piccata and home-baked challah, all lovingly prepared by longtime Denver kosher food purveyors Ira and Terry Indich.
