Temple Aaron in Trinidad soon to be up for sale

 been a very long day for Temple Aaron, Trinidad’s venerable synagogue — 127 years to be precise — but it seems the sun will soon set on one of Colorado’s oldest and most colorful places of worship. Members of the Rubin family, who have served as caretakers for the Reform congregation and its commanding two-story building for some three decades, announced this week that the synagogue will soon be put up for sale. The congregation itself will continue to exist as an entity, at least in name, and at least until the proceeds from the sale of the synagogue are dispersed.
