The Anti-Defamation League has announced the appointment of Susan Rona as the new regional director of its Mountain States Region.
Rona, a leader with deep expertise in community engagement, nonprofit management, fundraising and program development, will succeed Scott Levin, who will retire after 14 years at the end of December.
A native of New Jersey, Rona relocated to Colorado in 2006. She played a central role in the fundraising and development of the Boulder Jewish Community Center’s new building and campus.
Rona is the founder and principal of Susan Rona & Associates, LLC, where she has provided strategic consulting to nonprofits, enhancing their fundraising efforts and overall community impact.
Her commitment to community service extends to her roles on the Jewish Life Committee of the Rose
Community Foundation, as a volunteer mediator with the Boulder County Sheriff ’s Office, and as a board member of CU Boulder Hillel.
Rona holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
