Stephanie Foote has begun a two-year term as chair of the RCF board.
A member of the board since 2002, Foote has chaired the foundations investment committee and served on the committee on aging and health.
She is the founding president of Laval Strategic Resources, a business consulting firm that focuses on program development and project management.
Foote is a former Denver City Councilperson and a former Denver mayoral chief of staff.
Judy Altenberg, Lisa Reckler Cohn and William N. Lindsay, III have been elected to serve five-year terms on the board.
Trained as a lawyer, Altenberg has held volunteer positions with the Allied Jewish Federation, Cherry Creek Schools and Colorado Commission on Higher Education.
She has served on RCFs Jewish life committee since 2007.
Cohn, a member of the foundations Jewish life committee since 2009, is executive vice president and general counsel at Aimco, a publicly-traded company that owns and operates apartment communities across the US.
Lindsay is president of Lockton Benefit Group in Denver, an independent insurance brokerage firm. He has been a member of the foundations health committee since 2005.
