Robert Stanley Phillips, a native Denverite and lifelong resident, passed away Feb. 21, 2012, in Denver. Rabbi Jeffrey Kaye officiated at the Feb. 22 graveside service at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mr. Phillips was born Oct. 7, 1925, in Denver. He graduated high school and served in the US Navy.
He married Charlotte (Shani) Kenar on March 21, 1948. Mrs. Phillips passed away on Sept. 27, 2010.
Mr. Phillips worked in sales in the carpet and furniture industry.
He is survived by his children Michelle (Jim) Herbert of Austin, Texas, and Michael (Jill) Phillips of Washington, DC; and grandchildren Greg Phillips, Kate Phillips and Molly Phillips of Washington, DC.
