Robert Groman

Robert Groman, formerly of Mexico and a long time Denver resident, passed away June 1 in Denver at the age of 73.

Rabbi Yaakov Meyer officiated at the June 3 graveside service at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“He was a loving, caring husband, father and zaidy,” the family said. “He will be greatly missed.”

Mr. Groman was born July 9, 1938, in Mexico City.

He studied civil engineering at the University of Mexico and completed his MA at DU.

He worked as an aerospace engineer until his retirement in 2003.

Mr. Gorman married Debra Gorman in 1965 and they raised their two children Jeff and Tobi.

He loved the outdoors and participating in sports.

Mr. Gorman is survived by his wife Debra Groman; son Jeff (Tamara) Gorman and daughter Tobi (Bryan) Shuman; brothers Saul Groman and Jamie Groman and sister Jane Groman; and grandchildren Eitan, Nina and Jacob.
