“She was always helping other people, and putting a smile on their faces,” her family said.

Mrs. Green (nee’ Rochman) married Samuel Green on Dec. 1, 1946, in the Bronx, NY. They were a couple until Mr. Green’s passing on Sept. 22, 1979, at the age of 60.

Mrs. Green was a sisterhood president of Young Israel and a Camp Fire Girls leader. At the age of 70, she graduated from Lehman College.

In 2017, Mrs. Green moved to Colorado and lived at The Courtyard at Mountain View.

Her hints for longevity, according to Mrs. Green’s daughter, Donna Jewett of Littleton: “Exercise your mind and body and laugh a lot.”

Survivors are daughters Donna (Emil Abraham) Jewett, Sherry (David Ness) Herzog and Joyce (Leslie) Kelen; and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
