atmosphere is quiet at Ahava Farm in El Paso County during the 25 hours of Shabbat. Ahava Farm is owned by Yosef and his wife Chava Camire, who began farming eight months ago after moving from New Hampshire to Denver, then to Peyton, Colorado, near Colorado Springs. “Denver’s traffic and busy city life were not conducive to three hyper boys and an inquisitive young daughter,” says Yosef.
