Opening up: Are people ready?

some two months in one or another form of self-isolation, or even quarantine, the lifting of some coronavirus restrictions in Colorado last week might seem like the first rays of the sunrise. Or a premature awakening. Or a false dawn, as in, the worst is yet to come. Like all Coloradans, the reactions of regional Jews to the beginning of the reopening process has generated a variety of reactions, from a sense of wary caution to an eager longing for the “normal” we knew before the pandemic forced seismic lifestyle changes.
