Denver native Sheila Fein died on April 15, 2024. She was 71. A service was held on April 18 at Feldman Mortuary with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery, officiated by Rabbi Joseph Black. Feldman Mortuary handled the arrangements.
Born on October 25, 1952, Mrs. Fein grew up in Granby until her family moved to Denver’s West Side. She attended GW High School, and then attended the University of New Mexico and CU Boulder.
In 1978, Sheila met Jerry Fein; they remained a couple until Mrs. Fein’s passing.
After college, Mrs. Fein sold art for Gallery One in Denver, then joined Vitraform as designer and marketing director until 2018.
“She was a very talented artist, designer and business person,” her family said, “and she loved her Standard Poodles.”
Survivors are Mrs. Fein’s husband Jerry; sister Marilyn (Howard) Selinger; nieces and nephews Max Smerling, Molly Smerling, Gil (Lauren) Selinger and Maia (Josh) Sidon; and great nephews Rahm Selinger, Zev Selinger and Myer Sidon.
