Longtime Denver attorney Jon Zall passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 84. A service was held on July 2 at Mt. Nebo Cemetery, officiated by Rabbi Yaakov Chaitovsky. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
A Denver native born in January, 1940, Mr. Zall attended Tulane University, and received his law degree from DU in 1963. He specialized in real estate law.
Mr. Zall’s family noted his lifelong passion for baseball.
“From a young age, Jon had a profound love for baseball, a passion that endured throughout his life,” Mr. Zall’s family said.
“He was a lifelong fan of the Cardinals and proudly became one of the first season ticket holders for the Rockies when the team was established.
“His enthusiasm for the sport was a testament to his enduring spirit and zest for life.
“His legacy of love, perseverance and passion will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to have him in their lives.”
Survivors are Mr. Zall’s wife of 58 years, Barbara; children Edie (Mark) Jansen and Brian Zall; and grandchildren Averi, Kellen and Keaton Jansen.
