Denver native Betty Lee Vean passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 91. A service was held on October 8 at Mount Nebo Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Born on September 10, 1933, Mrs. Vean grew up on Denver’s West Side and attended West High School. She and Herb Vean were married on September 2, 1951.
“She was an avid volunteer at Rose Hospital,” Mrs. Vean’s family said. “She was resilient and had much chutzpah.”
Survivors are daughters Mindy (Howard) Price and Ginny (David) White; grandchildren Matt Price, Deborah (Joel Jennings) Price, Melissa Susman, Jason White and Nicole (Jason) Espinosa; and great-grandchildren Madison Susman, Micah Espinosa, Corinne Susman and Samantha Price.
