Noy takes Christian Zionists to Israel

In 1979, the Association for the Welfare of the Israeli Soldiers sent sabra Elisha Noy to Denver to check out Faith Bible Chapel, which had invited AWIS’ chairman to speak at its Israel Awareness Day celebration. Usually invitations are interpreted as a gesture of endorsement — but the Israelis weren’t so sure.
