Norman Druker

Norman L. Druker, whose forté was selling men’s clothes, passed away July 26, 2019, three days before his 92nd birthday, in Denver. Rabbis Bruce Dollin and Sara Gilbert officiated at the July 28 graveside service at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“He was a very sweet man,” his wife Eileen Druker said. “When he finished eating dinner at the Courtyards at Mountainview, he always said goodnight and ‘see you tomorrow.’”

Mr. Druker was born July 29, 1927, in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to Denver in 1959.

He and Eileen were married for 70 years.

Originally employed at a furniture and upholstery shop, Mr. Druker became a respected men’s clothing salesman.

He worked at Fashion Bar, Joslins Department Store and then K&G Men’s Store, where he stayed until his early 80s.

A US Navy veteran, he belonged to Rodef Shalom and later the HEA.

Mr. Druker is survived by his wife Eileen B. Druker of Denver; daughter Audree Bloom; grandchildren Amy (Matt) Walde, Hilary Bloom (Matt Krovitz) and Lauren (Andrew) Stolz; and great-grandchildren Ruby, Peter, Jack and Henry.

His son Paul Druker predeceased him.
