Norma Jean Freedman, a former model, actress, and media buyer for an ad agency, passed away March 29, 2009, in Denver.
Rabbi Steven Foster and Cantor Regina Heit officiated at the April 1 service held at Temple Emanuel. Interment followed at Emanuel Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
We will remember Norma Jeannes smile and warmth, and her determination and strength, the family said.
Born in Denver on Dec. 31, 1927, Mrs. Freedman graduated East High and received her BA from Louisiana State University.
She married Martin Freedman on Sept. 10, 1954 and retired to raise her family.
Mrs. Freedman is survived by her husband Martin J. Freedman of Denver; daughters Risa (Michael Clapman) Tartarsky of Centennial and Melissa (Marty) Rosenbaum of Lone Tree; grandchildren Allison and Lauren Tatarsky and Aaron Steinberg; and brother Stephan Levy of Denver.
