New RCF trustee, committee members

Rose Community Foundation’s board announces the appointment of one new trustee and five new committee members: Steven A. Cohen, Morris Price, Jr., Judy Koff, Michael Touff, Lilly Marks and Jennifer Dinn Korman.

These community volunteers provide guidance and expertise to support the foundation’s mission, programs and policies. All of the appointments were effective Jan. 1, 2014.

Steven A. Cohen was elected to serve a five-year term on the board.

He is currently a member of RCF’s investment committee. An attorney, Cohen is executive vice president of The Anschutz Corporation.

Morris Price, Jr. has joined the committee on aging. District director for Congresswoman Diana DeGette, he formerly directed programs at the Daniels Fund, the Gill Foundation and DU.

Judy Koff is a new member of the child and family development committee. A CPA, Koff was RCF’s first CFO (1995-2002) and currently serves on the boards of several local nonprofits.

Michael Touff has joined the education committee. He is senior vice president and general counsel at MDC Holdings, a homebuilding firm.

Lilly Marks is a new member of the health committee. She is vice president for health affairs for CU and executive vice chancellor of the Anschutz Medical Campus.

Jennifer Dinn Korman joins the Jewish life committee. A published novelist and community volunteer, Dinn Korman is on the board of Stanley British Primary School and has served as co-chair of the Colorado Jewish Early Childhood Education Initiative since its inception.
