A murderer isn’t a ‘feminist’

say that I am appalled is an understatement. It’s this International Women’s Strike of March 8, 2017 that is now stirring the pot. It’s purported purpose was “to increase equality, justice and human rights for women around the world.” Sounds noble and idealistic. But then when you read more about it, this quote seems misleading. The newest twist in the feminist movement is that it is no longer about feminism. If one wants to sign onto feminist causes these days, what it actually means is also signing onto the oil and gas industry, minimum wage issues and the endorsement of Palestinian politics.
