Margie Falk

Margie Karsh Falk, a boutique owner in Cherry Hills, passed away May 10, 2019, in Richfield, Utah. Rabbi Steven Kaye officiated at the May 14 graveside service at Golden Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“Her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren will remember her for the cutting edge style and sense of adventure she brought to the lives of all she knew,” the family said.

Mrs. Falk was born Sept. 5, 1929, in Denver to the late Wolfe and Clara Karsh.

A graduate of North High School, she resided in Denver, Marina Del Rey, Calif., Green Valley, Ariz., and Laguna Woods, Calif.

Previously married to Harold Kaye and Leland Ginsburg, she was married to Murray Falk from 1980 until his death on Jan. 27, 2017.

Mrs. Falk, who was a script supervisor in Los Angeles, also was a model and a dancer.

She owned the Dynamite Boutique in Cherry Creek.

Mrs. Falk is survived by her children Melanie Kline of Montrose, Colo., Wendy Thrasher of Wylie, Texas, Ed Ginsburg of Highlands Ranch and Mike Ginsburg of Monroe, Utah; stepchildren Beth Falk of Boston and Kathy Falk of Los Angeles; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
