Lucille Olesh Galber, who was well known in Denvers Jewish community when she lived here many years ago, passed away March 15, 2011, in Lynn, Mass.
She was 87.
Services were held March 18 at Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel. Interment followed at the Pride of Lynn Cemetery in Lynn.
Mrs. Galber was born July 8, 1923, in Denver, to the late Rae and Isadore Olesh.
A resident of Swampscott and Lynn, Mass., she enjoyed volunteering for many Jewish organizations, particularly the Jewish Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Galber is survived by her son Scott Galber of Essex, Mass.; her brother Arthur (Arlene) Moss of Denver; and grandchildren Julie Rae Galber and David Mark Galber.
She was predeceased by her daughter Jill Galber Goff.
