The old adage that when you have two Jews you’re likely to get three opinions is likely to be put to the test this week, in consideration of the new government that has been formally, and very narrowly, installed in Israel.
Jewish responses to the new and unusual coalition will probably be all over the map, covering the range of political and religious liberalism vs. centrism vs. conservatism, not to mention the relative popularity of Benjamin Netanyahu, who was ousted, and Naftali Bennett, who ascended to the prime ministership this week.
