Linda Dworkin

Linda K. Dworkin passed away April 11, 2016 in Denver after succumbing to a long battle. Rabbis Richard and Susan Rheins officiated at the April 13 service held at Temple Sinai. Interment followed at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“A loving wife, mother and Bubbie, she was an inspiration to all who knew her and one of the strongest women we have ever met,” the family said.

Mrs. Dworkin was born May 18, 1948, in Columbus, Ohio, to Joan and Gilbert Kirschenbaum.

She earned a degree in dental hygiene at Ohio State University.

Raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, she married her high school sweetheart Jay Dworkin in June, 1969.

The couple moved to Denver that same year.

Mrs. Dworkin’s favorite career was being a grandmother.

“She will always be remembered for the kind loving person she was,” her loved ones said.

Mrs. Dworkin is survived by her husband Jay Dworkin; children Julie Feder, Jaimee (David) Schultz and Jennifer (Steve) Brehmer; brother Donn (Lauren) Kirschenbaum; and grandchildren Jameson, Brooklyn, Logan, Addison, Alec, Harper and Declan.
