Charlyn “Ketsie” Klausner, a native Denverite and life-long resident, passed away peacefully at her home on Sept. 21, 2017. Rabbi Salomon Gruenwald officiated at the Sept. 24 service at the HEA. Interment followed at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

Mrs. Klausner was the beloved wife of the late Robert “Budsy” Klausner for 68 years.

“She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother,” the family said.

Mrs. Klausner was born March 31, 1930, in Denver.

A North High School graduate, she attended CU.

Following their marriage, Ketsie and Budsy settled in Denver.

Mrs. Klausner’s many interests included taking extensive art classes, testing newborns’ hearing at Rose Hospital and volunteering at the hospital’s gift shop.

Past president of the BMH Women’s League, she loved nothing more than being surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Klausner is survived by her daughters Debra (Steve) Rosen, Cindy (Lee) Kutner, Lisa (Allen) Schreiber, Lori Bernstein and Sheri (Will) Gold; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
