Everything about the neoclassical structure that opened in late 2012 — the stunning glass atrium facing the State Capitol, the gleaming marble walls and floors, the plentiful Colorado-themed art, the colorful Native American rugs, the spacious courtrooms and chambers, rich in mahogany and high-tech gadgetry — speaks of eminence, prominence, gravity.
