Judie Gershaw

Judie Gershaw

Judith “Judie” Kramsky Gershaw, 82 but perpetually 39, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Nov. 14, 2020, in Centennial, Colo. Rabbi Rick Rheins officiated at the private family service on Nov. 16 at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“If you ever told Judie she couldn’t accomplish something, this would give her the incentive to prove you wrong,” the family said.

Judie Kramsky was born Sept. 22, 1938, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Harry and Frieda (Karp) Kramsky.

She attended Washington High School and met her future husband Roger Gershaw in her senior year.

She earned a degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin.

The couple moved to Fort Collins, where she worked for the Larimer County Welfare Dept.

Mrs. Gershaw then took on her most important job, which was raising her two children.

The family lived in Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Kansas before moving to Colorado.

The Gershaws opened and operated All Seasons Rent All, a costume business.

Judie Gershaw is survived by Roger Lee Gershaw, her husband for 60 years; children Laura (Seth) Haller of Chandler, Ariz., and Matthew (Tracy Eibey) Gershaw of Centennial; brother Michael Kramsky of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; and extended family.

Contributions in her memory may be made to New Century Hospice of Castle Rock, Colo., or the hospice of choice.
