Joseph Oliner, a native Denverite and an engineer, passed away Sept. 14, 2018, in Aurora. A family friend officiated at the Sept. 20 graveside service at Evergreen Cemetery in Leadville, Colo. Shalom Funeral Service made the arrangements.
Mr. Oliner was born June 8, 1947, in Denver to the late Robert and Ursula Oliner.
He lived in Denver throughout his life.
Mr. Oliner earned a BS in science at CU and a master’s degree at Purdue University.
An electrical engineer for AT&T and Lucent, he belonged to Rodef Shalom.
Mr. Oliner is survived by his sister Joan (Michael) Burger; nephew Kirk Burger; and several cousins.
