Joann Rollnick

Joann Rollnick, who studied and collected art throughout her life, passed away May 23, 2020, in Denver. Rabbi Steven Foster officiated at the May 26 graveside service at Emanuel Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.

“Joann, known for her exceptional taste, eye for all things beautiful and steadfast generosity, was an endless source of humor and witty remarks,” the family said.

“She was truly a portrait of her generation.”

Mrs. Rollins was born Oct. 3, 1930, almost 90 years ago, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

A student at art school, she developed a lifelong enthusiasm for creating and collecting art.

She married Phillip J. Rollnick and the couple moved to Denver.

Mr. Rollnick predeceased his wife.

Joann Rollnick is survived by her daughters Kathy (Jerry) Berenstein and Nancy Jacobson; and granddaughters Samantha (Samuel) Rotbart, Chelsea Jacobson and Jamie Jacobson.
