Mrs. Jean Raphael, a long-time member of Temple Shalom in Colorado Springs, Colo., passed away Feb. 16, 2021, in Colorado Springs. Rabbi Jay Sherwood officiated at the Feb. 19 graveside service at Sons of Israel Cemetery.
Jean Raphael is survived by her three children, Ralph (Elaine Richman) Raphael, Taffy (Jim Gavalek) Raphael and Dr. Dennis (Dr. Kate) Raphael; grandchildren Matt, David (Lesley), Alex and Sam; and great-grandchildren Jack and Charlie.
