Jack Sonny Perlmutter, a native Denverite and lifelong resident, passed away April 2, 2010, in Denver. Rabbi Bruce Dollin and Cantor Martin Goldstein officiated at the April 4 service held at Feldman Chapel. Interment followed at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mr. Perlmutter was born Sept. 19, 1919, in Denver, and attended West High School and DU.
He served with the US Army in WW II.
Mr. Perlmutter married Adele Perlmutter on July 7, 1946. Mrs. Perlmutter passed away on May 12, 1989.
Mr. Perlmutter was a building contractor with the city of Denver.
He is survived by his siblings Rose Friedman, Ann Goren and Joe Perlmutter; children Paula (Phillip) Rose, Terry Perlmutter and Jodi (John) Palmer; and grandchildren Aaron Rose and Samuel Post.
