Isadore Eckstein, a Denver native and lifelong resident, passed away June 18, 2010, in Denver.
Rabbi Selwyn Franklyn officiated at the June 21 graveside service at Rose Hill Cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mr. Eckstein was born Jan. 14, 1918, in Denver. He graduated from North High School.
From 1945-1949, he served with the Army Air Corps.
Mr. Eckstein was an employee of the US Postal Service for 25 years, retiring in 1983.
He never married.
Mr. Eckstein is survived by his nieces Jean Jajan of Grants Pass, Ore., and nephews Samuel Veta of Sherman Oaks, Calif., and Dennis Veasman of Westlake, Village, Calif.; grandniece Rebecca Jajan of Portland and grandnephew Michael Jajan of Seattle, Wash.
