Funeral services for Irene (Chaikie) Heller, a native and lifelong resident of Denver, took place May 15, at Rose Hill Cemetery. Cantor Joel Lichterman officiated at services for Mrs. Heller who passed away May 15, 2009.
Born in Denver on Dec. 12, 1919, Mrs. Heller was married to Marvin Heller on Jan. 12, 1939. She was preceded by him in death on March 8, 2006.
Mrs. Heller was the mother of Marshall (Sue) Heller and Ron Heller; and the grandmother of Brad Heller, Jesse Heller, Lilly Heller Heimberger, Greg Heller and Amos Heller. Her great grandchildren are Luke, Logan and Emerson Heller, and Seth and Alia Heller.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of choice.
