Hospitalist hopeful of ‘light at the end of the tunnel’

Dr. Marcus Oginsky was in medical school, he learned about pandemics from a mathematical standpoint, but nothing prepared him for the front lines as he treats the coronavirus pandemic of 2020. Oginsky is a hospitalist — an internal medicine doctor who works exclusively in three major Denver hospitals. These days, Oginsky and partners from his private practice group Midtown Inpatient Physicians, are exclusively treating coronavirus patients at the three hospitals, which he preferred not to name.
