Eric Fingerhut, president and CEO of Hillel International, wrapped up his interview with the Intermountain Jewish News last week, he placed the word “energy” in his final sentence, referring to the Hillel International Global Leadership Conference that had just concluded in downtown Denver. It was an appropriate description of the first-ever gathering of Hillel volunteer leaders, some 1,100 of whom spent several days in the Mile High City networking with each other, sharing ideas and gleaning inspiration from motivational speakers.
