Happy Chanukah! IJN Doris Sky Chanukah Coloring Contest Winners 2020

CHANUKAH 5781

Way to Go, Young Artists!

Social distancing and remote learning did not deter dozens of children in Colorado from channeling their creativity into clever and aesthetically pleasing Chanukah Coloring Contest entries.

Rather than creating art in their classrooms, this year children used their resources at home to express their interpretation of Chanukah. In addition to the traditional artistic media of crayons, markers, paint and collage, a number of entries used computer technology. The artwork depticted Chanukah symbols, family scenes — and, yes, COVID-19.
