Happy Chanukah! IJN Doris Sky Chanukah Coloring Contest Winners 2019

CHANUKAH 5780

Embarassment of riches

There were so many excellent entries submitted this year that there were some three-way and four-way ties!

It is amazing every year to discover how the hundreds of young artists express their interpretation of Chanukah through diverse themes and with an array of media. Even with three-way ties many entries, though not winners, were noteworthy. Some of them are displayed throughout the IJN Chanukah Edition.

Entries came from 17 cities: Denver • Aurora • Boulder • Centennial • Westminster • Colorado Springs • Englewood • Evergreen • Fort Collins • Greenwood Village • Highlands Ranch • Littleton • Parker • Monument • Steamboat Springs • Westminster

One entry came all the way from Silver Spring, Maryland.

All entries are numbered by an independent party and then judged blindly. The judges do not know the names, schools or synagogues of the entrants.
