Evelyn Paper Himelgrin-Rodman, a resident of Baltimore and Denver, passed away on July 26, 2009, in Denver.
Rabbi Mitch Delcau officiated at the July 28 service at Mt. Nebo cemetery. Feldman Mortuary made the arrangements.
Mrs. Himelgrin-Rodman was born on January 28, 1928 in Baltimore, Md.
She attended North High School in Denver, as well as the University of Chicago and CU.
She married Gerald Himelgrin in 1947. He passed away in 1989. In 1997, she married William Rodman, who died in 2008.
A designer, Mrs Himelgrin-Rodman owned Vermeil for 25 years.
She also volunteered as a teacher for Denver Public Schools, the Denver Art Museum, Planned Parenthood and Kavod Catering.
Mrs. Himelgrin-Rodman is survived by her daughters Randi (Austin Pfenning) Himelgrin and Marea Rose (Douglas) Jenness; and grandchildren Daniel Jenness, and Jeremy Frost.
